課程概述 Course Description
臺灣為貿易出口為導向的國家，海運是重要的發展基礎，本課程內容由海上企業組織、海上企業活動、海上事故及海上企業金融討論船舶所有人、運送人、托運人及第三人間運送契約或海上事故的責任歸屬，為未來從事海運法務相關工作者所必需。
Taiwan is a country directed by trade and export, and sea transportation is an important foundation for development. The content of this course is composed of marine enterprise organizations, marine enterprise activities, marine accidents and marine enterprise finance discussions about ship owners, shippers, transporters and third-party shipping contracts or maritime accidents. It is necessary for future workers to engage in maritime law-related workers.
