■ 課程目標 (Course Objectives)：
刑法的理論極為抽象，讓初習刑法之人覺得深奧與混亂，讓人無所循從，因此本課程以連貫及活潑之教學方法，將學生引導至理解刑法及喜愛刑法之學習效果。課程中並輔以圖表呈現及案例解說之方式，教導學生學習刑法的目的及培養獨立思辨之能力，讓學生能夠從中獲得學習的樂趣與不錯的效果。
■ 課程內涵 (Course Contents)：
刑法，分為刑法總則及刑法分則，刑法總則是刑法分則之通論，也是學好整部刑法的關鍵，因此在學習刑法之初，刑法總則即成為必須先通盤認識之課程。刑法總則之內容包含有罪刑法定原則、犯罪論及行為之理論、構成要件、違法性、罪責、錯誤、正犯與共犯、未遂犯、過失犯、不作為犯、競合論、刑罰論及保安處分等。■ Course Objectives:
The theory of criminal law is absolutely abstract, which makes those who are new to criminal law feel deeply and confused, and makes people have no connection. Therefore, this course uses the teaching methods of physical and lively to guide students to the learning effect of understanding criminal law and liking criminal law. During the course, students are taught the purpose of criminal law and the ability to cultivate independent thinking and discernment, so that students can gain learning fun and good results from it.
■ Course Contents:
Criminal law is divided into the Criminal Law General and the Criminal Law General. Criminal Law General is a general discussion of the Criminal Law and is also the key to learning the entire Criminal Law. Therefore, at the beginning of learning Criminal Law, Criminal Law General became a course that must first be recognized. The contents of the Criminal Law include the statutory principles of crime and punishment, theories of crimes and acts, the constitutional elements, the nature of crimes, crimes, errors, regular offenders and accomplices, attempted crimes, negligent offenders, non-performing crimes, competitive arguments, criminal prosecutions and security guards.
刑法總則乃規定犯罪成立之一般要件及法律效果之法律規範，其核心之內容為刑法之一般適用原則、犯罪論、法律效果論及競合論。刑法總則為刑罰法規（含特別刑法、實質刑法及附屬刑法）之共同適用的準則，亦為研習刑事法之基礎。其中，犯罪論涉及犯罪判斷之客體、犯罪判斷之基準及程序；法律效果論刑罰及保安處分之終極目的、種類、裁量基準及刑事政策之理念。在理論方面固值作深入之比較研究，而在實際運用上，也須注意其妥適性，於學習過程中，也應在抽象與具體之間，來回觀照。
The Criminal Law General is a legal rule that stipulates the general requirements and legal effects of the establishment of a crime. Its core content is the general applicable principles, criminal discussions, legal effects and competitive discussions of the Criminal Law. The Criminal Law is a common applicable standard for the Criminal Law (including special criminal laws, actual criminal laws and attached criminal laws), and is also the basis for studying criminal law.
