本課程強調培養學生綜合規劃的素養,以實地操作教學的方式,增強規劃實做能力,要求學生掌握風景遊樂區規劃的基本方法並能綜合運用學過的專業課程知識進行風景遊樂區的規劃研究設計,藉此,培養學生從事規劃的能力。因此,本課程之教學必須注意風景遊樂區整體規劃知識的綜合性與實踐性,反映規劃工作的實務性,強調教學內容和教學手段的合時性,使同學能模擬環境規劃的過程,並藉由學習的過程中掌握:
一、風景區整體規劃方法論及步驟。
二、景觀及遊憩資源的調查及分析、遊客量預測的方法。
三、土地使用適宜性分析及整體發展構想的程序。
四、土地使用計畫的研擬及執行計畫可行性的發展。
五、財務計畫及經濟效益分析的概念。
六、團隊合作的方式與技巧。
This course emphasizes the cultivation of students' comprehensive planning, and enhances their planning ability through practical teaching methods. It requires students to master the basic methods of planning in the landscape game area and be able to use the professional course knowledge you have learned to conduct planning research and design in the landscape game area, so as to cultivate students' ability to work on planning. Therefore, the teaching of this course must pay attention to the comprehensiveness and practicality of the overall planning knowledge in the scenery area, reflect the practicality of the planning work, strengthen the comprehension of teaching content and teaching methods, so that students can simulate the process of environmental planning and master it through the learning process:
1. Discussion and steps of overall planning methods for scenic areas.
2. Survey and analysis of landscape and leisure resources, and methods for predicting passenger volume.
3. Procedures for land use suitability analysis and overall development structure.
4. Research and development of land use planning and feasibility of implementation planning.
5. The concept of financial planning and economic benefit analysis.
6. The ways and skills of team cooperation.
