教育目標 Course Target

包含: 1.以國家風景區為案例,整合景觀規劃及觀光遊憩相關理論於風景區規劃案例實際操作。 2.整合景觀及觀光遊憩資源調查及分析方法與技術,應用於風景區規劃。 3.應用土地使用適宜性分析理論及方法於整體發展構想的操作。 4.學習土地使用計畫的研擬及執行計畫發展。 5.學習財務計畫可行性分析及經濟效益分析。 6.培養團隊合作的方式與技巧及景觀專案的管理能力與方法。Include: 1. Taking the national scenic area as a case, integrate the theories related to landscape planning and tourism and recreation into the actual operation of the scenic area planning case. 2. Integrate landscape and tourism and recreation resource survey and analysis methods and technologies and apply them to scenic area planning. 3. Apply land use suitability analysis theory and methods to the operation of overall development concepts. 4. Learn the preparation and implementation of land use plans and plan development. 5. Learn the feasibility analysis of financial plans and economic benefit analysis. 6. Cultivate teamwork methods and skills as well as landscape project management capabilities and methods.


課程概述 Course Description

本課程強調培養學生綜合規劃的素養,以實地操作教學的方式,增強規劃實做能力,要求學生掌握風景遊樂區規劃的基本方法並能綜合運用學過的專業課程知識進行風景遊樂區的規劃研究設計,藉此,培養學生從事規劃的能力。因此,本課程之教學必須注意風景遊樂區整體規劃知識的綜合性與實踐性,反映規劃工作的實務性,強調教學內容和教學手段的合時性,使同學能模擬環境規劃的過程,並藉由學習的過程中掌握: 一、風景區整體規劃方法論及步驟。 二、景觀及遊憩資源的調查及分析、遊客量預測的方法。 三、土地使用適宜性分析及整體發展構想的程序。 四、土地使用計畫的研擬及執行計畫可行性的發展。 五、財務計畫及經濟效益分析的概念。 六、團隊合作的方式與技巧。
This course emphasizes cultivating students' comprehensive planning literacy, using on-the-spot teaching methods to enhance planning implementation capabilities. It requires students to master the basic methods of scenic recreation area planning and be able to comprehensively use the professional course knowledge they have learned to conduct planning research on scenic recreation areas. design, thereby cultivating students' ability to engage in planning. Therefore, the teaching of this course must pay attention to the comprehensiveness and practicality of the overall planning knowledge of scenic recreation areas, reflect the practicality of planning work, and emphasize the timeliness of teaching content and teaching methods, so that students can simulate the process of environmental planning and use it to Mastered through the learning process: 1. Scenic area overall planning methodology and steps. 2. Survey and analysis of landscape and recreational resources, and methods for predicting tourist volume. 3. Procedures for land use suitability analysis and overall development concept. 4. Preparation of land use plans and development of feasibility of implementation plans. 5. The concepts of financial planning and economic benefit analysis. 6. Teamwork methods and techniques.
