本課程為一學年之課程安排，搭配植栽設計主課程，另外進行植栽設計實務（包含實際施作區域之設計繪圖、預算書編製等）、植栽工程技術演練（植栽種植（挖植穴、立支架、綁土球、定植等）、植栽修剪、工具使用等）、校內外植栽景觀工程之實作與競圖、專業企業之參訪等。
課表時間雖排定於星期六，但各單元之講授與練習得配合外聘講師、場地之借用與參訪地點之許可時間予以調整(且不與景觀設計(一)之階段評圖時間衝突)。This course is a one-year course arrangement, which is combined with the main course of planting design, and also includes planting design practice (including design drawings of actual construction areas, budget preparation, etc.), planting engineering technical drills (planting and planting (digging and planting) holes, vertical supports, tying soil balls, planting, etc.), plant pruning, tool use, etc.), implementation and competition of planting landscape projects inside and outside the school, visits to professional companies, etc.
