對於工業設計而言,設計最終所呈現給消費者的產品,最終仰賴於構成產品的三大要素即是造型、材料與色彩。其中色彩的應用與表現,除了可以影響消費者的偏好,協助提升產品的銷售與滿意度,更重要的是,透過適當的色彩應用,可以做到更完善的意義傳達與情感的喚起。
本課程規劃三大部分的內容,第一個部分為講解與說明視覺的構成;第二個部分則著重於色彩與人之間的關係,在此將人生活中所見到的色彩與意涵進行說明再切入有關色彩搭配的基礎知識;第三個部分則有作演練進行色彩創作與產品色分析之應用。
透過三個部分的內容建立學生對於色彩學的基礎知識與架構並學習利用之。
For industrial design, the three major elements that design ultimately represent the products to consumers are modeling, materials and colors. Among them, the application and expression of color can not only affect consumers' preferences and help improve product sales and satisfaction, but more importantly, through appropriate color applications, more perfect meaning transmission and emotional uplifting can be achieved.
The first part of this course plans three parts. The first part is to explain and explain the structure of vision; the second part focuses on the relationship between color and people, and here we explain the colors and meanings seen in people's lives and then enter the basic knowledge about color matching; the third part is to perform the application of color creation and product color analysis.
Through the content of three parts, students build basic knowledge and structure of color learning and use it.

國際色彩規劃趨勢與法則、色彩辨識與心裡影響與形色搭配規劃方法。
本課程前期將以生活中所看見的各種色彩做為色彩學的引言,目的在於讓學生了解色彩在文化、宗教與產品上都具有「語意」之功能。對色彩間補色、寒暖色、對比色….等色彩基本知識展開論述,配合色彩的情感與形狀對色彩的相對關係,做為彩計劃的基本知識。並將以實做色彩計劃使學生建立自身色彩的搭配個性與色彩情感的應用。

In the early stage of this course, the various colors seen in life will be used as an introduction to color learning, with the purpose of allowing students to understand that colors have the function of "word" in culture, religion and products. Explain the basic knowledge of color replenishment, cold and warm colors, contrast colors, etc., and make the basic knowledge of color planning based on the emotions of color and the relative relationship between shape and color. It will also be used to make color plans to enable students to establish their own color matching and color emotions.
