1、研習各項建築環境控制系統的特性，包含空調、電力、給排水、消防運輸等設備，了解如何掌握從建築之計劃、設計、施工至使用管理各階段與建築設備之配合關係。
2、研習建築電力、照明、空調及熱水系統節約能源的做法及其效益
課程目標：
1、使能了解各環境控制系統之內容及其特性，做為創造富有人性之建築空間之依據。
2、使了解各環境控制系統之設備、管線及其所佔空間大小、配置應注意事項。
3、使能具有與專業技師討論之能力。
4、使能了解推動綠建築所需之電力、照明、空調、熱水設備節能技術。
1. Study the characteristics of various building environment control systems, including air conditioning, electricity, water supply and drainage, fire protection, transportation and other equipment, and understand how to master the coordination between each stage of building planning, design, construction and use management and building equipment.
2. Study the energy saving practices and benefits of building electricity, lighting, air conditioning and hot water systems
Course objectives:
1. Be able to understand the contents and characteristics of each environmental control system as a basis for creating a humane architectural space.
2. Understand the equipment, pipelines and space occupied by each environmental control system, as well as the precautions for configuration.
3. Enable the ability to discuss with professional technicians.
4. Enable to understand the energy-saving technologies of electricity, lighting, air conditioning, and hot water equipment required to promote green buildings.
