學生透過課程學習對於藝術行政進行初步的認識,並從實務學習與操作的過程,認識藝術機構的運作。透過本課程中個人與小組的實習和演練,學生得以對藝術行政與管理領域當中的工作內容有所了解,並訓練自己在機構與團隊組織當中的工作方法和態度。Students learn to understand the operation of the art institutions through courses and learn the process of practice and operation. 1.從視覺藝術的機構運作,簡介外在環境,如文化政策、藝術機制的運作,以及內在事務,如藏品維護、畫廊管理、導覽解說、策展等現象觀察和討論,並進行虛擬策展之團隊合作作業。視情況將邀約有經驗的藝術經濟人或畫廊管理者到課講座與座談,使學生對於這個領域專業有初步的了解,並培養對世界趨勢和台灣現象有觀察和辨識的能力。
2.此課程同時結合大學部藝術行政實習課程,並作為研究所一年級學生修習藝術行政實習(一)之下修補充課程,以提供實習生操作所需的觀念架構和關鍵概念。
1. From the institutional operation of visual art, it introduces external environments, such as cultural policy, artistic mechanism operation, as well as internal affairs, such as collection maintenance, gallery management, navigation and interpretation, curation and other phenomenon observation and discussion, and conducts virtual curation team cooperation operations. The situation will invite experienced art economics or gallery managers to lecture and talk to the class, so that students can have a preliminary understanding of this field of expertise and cultivate the ability to observe and identify world trends and Taiwanese phenomena.
2. This course is also combined with the Art Administration Practice of the University Department, and is a supplementary course under the Art Administration Practice of the Institute (I) to provide the conceptual structure and key concepts required for practical students' operations.
