透過多元音樂風格,融合多元肢體律動的元素,突破肢體律動的局限性,提升韻律感協調性,進而能帶動健身操,使健身者易於盡情投入律動,達到運動效果。以小組方式進行編排組合韻律動作,從團隊培養良好的合作學習,完成動作設計課題。
Through multiple music styles and integrating elements of multiple body rhythms, it breaks through the limitations of body rhythm and improves the coordination of rhythm, thereby promoting aerobics, making it easy for bodybuilders to indulge in rhythm and achieve exercise effects. Arrange and combine rhythmic movements in groups, cultivate good cooperative learning from the team, and complete action design projects.
