透過多元音樂風格,融合多元肢體律動的元素,突破肢體律動的局限性,提升韻律感協調性,進而能帶動健身操,使健身者易於盡情投入律動,達到運動效果。以小組方式進行編排組合韻律動作,從團隊培養良好的合作學習,完成動作設計課題。
Through the multi-music music style, it integrates the elements of multi-limbing rhythm, breaks through the limitations of limbing rhythm, improves the coordination of the rhythm, and thus can exercise aerobics, making it easier for fitness practitioners to devote themselves to the rhythm as much as possible and achieve sports effects. Carry out the compilation and combination of the law in a small group, cultivate good cooperative learning from the team, and complete the action design courses.
