2063 - 勞資關係與勞工問題 The Labor Relations and Labor Problems


教育目標 Course Target

本課程主要目的在幫助未來的社會工作者瞭解近代資本主義體系運作之下的勞工問題、勞資關係與制度變革,以及社會工作者在勞動領域所需具備的相關服務與知能。首先從認識勞資關係的定義與內涵及勞工問題的演變,了解勞動市場的特性與結構組成,並認識不同政治體系、勞動市場結構下政府在勞資關係中的角色;其次、分層就勞動關係的建立與維持─勞動契約、勞動基準—工資、工時、離職、退休、勞動三權─團結權、協商權、爭議權與勞工的社會保障逐一學習,以建構完整並清楚之勞資關係之理解。第三、針對特殊勞動者的就業議題及弱勢勞動者面臨的就業處境,包括職業災害受傷者、外籍勞動移民、青年、中高齡勞動者以及就業歧視、工作平等等進行討論,希望除理論外並就實務有所認識。期能協助未來從事社會工作服務時,對服務對象可能牽涉之職場有關議題有更多之認識與統合協處之能力。 The main purpose of this course is to help future social workers understand the labor problems, labor relations and institutional changes under the operation of modern capitalist system, as well as the relevant services and knowledge that social workers need to have in the field of operation. First, understand the definition and connotation of labor relations and the evolution of labor problems, understand the characteristics and structure of the labor market, and understand the role of the government in labor relations under different political systems and labor market structures; second, work in labor in different levels. The establishment and maintenance of relationships are learned one by one, to establish a contract, a base for labor—work, labor, labor, employment, retirement, labor—group rights, trade rights, dispute rights and social security for labor, to build a complete and clear understanding of the relationship. Third, discuss the employment issues of special campaigners and the employment situation faced by vulnerable campaigners, including those injured in career disasters, foreign migrants, young people, middle and high-age migrants, as well as employment discrimination, work equality, etc., hoping to have some understanding of the work in addition to theory. In order to help future social work services, we will have more cognition and coordination capabilities for the relevant issues of the service subjects that may be involved in.


課程概述 Course Description

本課程主要目的在引導未來的社會工作者瞭解近代資本主義體系運作之下的勞工問題、勞資關係與制度變革,以及社會工作者在勞動領域所需具備的相關服務與知能。尤其針對特殊勞動者的就業議題及弱勢勞動者面臨的就業處境,包括職業災害受傷者、外籍勞動移民、青年勞動者以及就業歧視等進行討論,拉大社會工作系學生學理與實務的視框與思維,裝備社會工作者在勞動場域就業的機會。本課程也進一步檢視社會工作者的勞動處境與特殊勞動需求,透過自我探索與置身現實世界的反覆檢視,做好身心與能力準備。
The main purpose of this course is to guide future social workers to understand the labor problems, labor relations and institutional changes under the operation of modern capitalist system, as well as the relevant services and knowledge that social workers need to have in the field of operation. In particular, we discuss career issues and weaker threats of special forces, including those who suffer from occupational disasters, foreign migrants, young migrants, and career discrimination, to expand the vision and thinking of students in the social work department’s science and practice, and to prepare opportunities for social workers to work in the field. This course also further examines the social workers' dynamic situation and special dynamic needs, and prepares physical, mental and abilities through self-exploration and repeated viewing in the real world.
