本課程主要目的在幫助未來的社會工作者瞭解近代資本主義體系運作之下的勞工問題、勞資關係與制度變革,以及社會工作者在勞動領域所需具備的相關服務與知能。首先從認識勞資關係的定義與內涵及勞工問題的演變,了解勞動市場的特性與結構組成,並認識不同政治體系、勞動市場結構下政府在勞資關係中的角色;其次、分層就勞動關係的建立與維持─勞動契約、勞動基準—工資、工時、離職、退休、勞動三權─團結權、協商權、爭議權與勞工的社會保障逐一學習,以建構完整並清楚之勞資關係之理解。第三、針對特殊勞動者的就業議題及弱勢勞動者面臨的就業處境,包括職業災害受傷者、外籍勞動移民、青年、中高齡勞動者以及就業歧視、工作平等等進行討論,希望除理論外並就實務有所認識。期能協助未來從事社會工作服務時,對服務對象可能牽涉之職場有關議題有更多之認識與統合協處之能力。
The main purpose of this course is to help future social workers understand labor issues, labor relations and institutional changes under the operation of the modern capitalist system, as well as the related services and knowledge that social workers need in the labor field. First, we need to understand the definition and connotation of labor-capital relations and the evolution of labor issues, understand the characteristics and structural composition of the labor market, and understand the role of the government in labor-capital relations under different political systems and labor market structures; secondly, stratify the nature of labor relations. Establish and maintain - labor contract, labor standards - wages, working hours, resignation, retirement, three labor rights - solidarity rights, negotiation rights, dispute rights and workers' social security. Learn one by one to construct a complete and clear understanding of labor relations. Third, we will discuss the employment issues of special workers and the employment situations faced by disadvantaged workers, including those injured in occupational disasters, foreign labor immigrants, young people, middle-aged and elderly workers, employment discrimination, and work equality.
