教育目標 Course Target

在全球化的狀態下,因為族群、性別、社區的多樣性增加,產生更多元的文化。台灣是個多元族群的社會,我們如何發揮多元文化社會的優勢,建構平等發展、共容共存的族群關係,而在社會工作專業從業人員,又如何因應多元社會所造成的改變,需要培養那些能力與素養,希望在本課堂能幫助學生在面對多元文化的情境中,能以更理解且多元觀點因應變動的社會。In a state of globalization, as the diversity of ethnic groups, genders, and communities increases, more diverse cultures are produced. Taiwan is a multi-ethnic society. How do we leverage the advantages of a multi-cultural society to build ethnic relations with equal development and coexistence? And how do social work professionals respond to the changes caused by a multi-ethnic society? They need to cultivate those abilities and Literacy, we hope that this class can help students face multicultural situations and respond to a changing society with a better understanding and diverse perspectives.


課程概述 Course Description

全球化與在地化的交互衝擊,是過往數十年間世界各國在政治、經濟、社會福利、國家認同與社會認同上共同面臨的挑戰,在這些挑戰中,因多元文化及其相關議題所帶來的影響,早已變成社會科學研究與討論的重點。因此,在面對多元文化的衝擊下,社會工作專業及工作者應如何面對?又應具備哪些素養與能力?以面對這樣的挑戰,希望透過本課程能對大學部學生在面對多元文化相關議題時,能更有能力瞭解並具備多元觀點因應變動性十足的社會現況。
The interactive impact of globalization and localization has been a common challenge faced by countries around the world in politics, economy, social welfare, national identity and social identity in the past few decades. Among these challenges, multiculturalism and related issues have brought about The impact of the epidemic has long become the focus of social scientific research and discussion. Therefore, how should the social work profession and workers face the impact of multiculturalism? What qualities and abilities should be possessed? In order to face such challenges, we hope that through this course, university students will be better able to understand and have multiple perspectives to respond to the changing social situation when facing issues related to multiculturalism.
