現今社會變遷的速度愈來愈快，各項社會需求與相關議題層出不窮，社會福利政策的制訂與實施，深切影響人們的生活與適應。
本課程的重點將會說明社會政策的基本內涵、價值、意識型態與歷史發展，並且透過各項社會福利政策與立法的介紹與分析，
引導學生思考社會福利政策與服務輸送對於個人、家庭與社會的影響。Nowadays, society is changing faster and faster. Various social needs and related issues are unabashed. The formulation and implementation of social welfare policies have deeply affected people's lives and adaptations.
The focus of this course will explain the basic connotation, value, ideology and historical development of social policies, and will also introduce and analyze various social welfare policies and legislation.
