課程目標
1.讓學生瞭解社區工作涵義、社區工作與福利社區化、社區工作與社區照顧之相關性與異同。
2.讓學生瞭解社區工作與社區總體營造、社區結盟與社區協力之意涵。
3.協助學生實地進入社區,學習社區參與,實際進行社區福利方案之推動。
4.指導學生進入社區,學習社區調查,分析調查結果,撰寫社區調查報告。
課程內涵
社區工作的課程內涵,將包括社區工作者的角色與知識基礎、社區工作的實務技術、社區產業的發展及德國、英國、新加坡、香港、歐盟、日本等社區工作的作法與經驗,以及規劃社區工作方案、執行社區工作方案、評量社區工作績效、社區工作在人群服務領域的運用(包括社區照顧、福利社區化及災後社區重建等),以及專業社區工作的未來發展。Course objectives
1. Let students understand the meaning of community work, the correlation, similarities and differences between community work and welfare communityization, and community work and community care.
2. Let students understand the meaning of community work and overall community building, community alliance and community collaboration.
3. Assist students to enter the community on the spot, learn about community participation, and actually promote community welfare programs.
4. Guide students to enter the community, learn community surveys, analyze survey results, and write community survey reports.
Course content
The content of the community work course will include the role and knowledge base of community workers, practical techniques of community work, the development of community industries and the practices and experiences of community work in Germany, the United Kingdom, Singapore, Hong Kong, the European Union, and Japan, as well as planning communities Work plans, implementation of community work plans, evaluation of community work performance, application of community work in the field of human services (including community care, welfare communityization and post-disaster community reconstruction, etc.), as well as the future development of professional community work.
社區工作是「社區組織與社區發展」之進階課程,旨在培養學生進入社區實作的專業能力。社區工作課程內容包括社區工作新涵義、社區工作者的角色與知識基礎、社區工作的模型、社區工作與福利社區化及世界各國的社區工作新趨勢。
本課程教學的重點在於社區工作之應用與實踐,特別是將運用青年學子參與社區行動的策略,以實地參與的方式,讓學生充分體會與暸解社區實踐的過程,並期望以參與行動創造出社區改變的力量,營造社區的新風貌,以體驗、參與、學習三位一體的教學方式,期使社區工作的理論與實踐,能讓學生有充分的了解與深刻的體驗。
Community work is an advanced course in "Community Organization and Community Development", aiming to cultivate students' professional abilities to enter the community. The content of the community work course includes the new meaning of community work, the role and knowledge base of community workers, models of community work, community work and welfare communityization, and new trends in community work in various countries around the world.
The focus of this course is on the application and practice of community work. In particular, the strategies for young students to participate in community actions will be used to enable students to fully experience and understand the process of community practice through on-the-spot participation, and hope to create communities through participating actions. The power of change creates a new look for the community, and uses the trinity of teaching methods of experience, participation, and learning to enable students to have a full understanding and profound experience of the theory and practice of community work.
