(一)目標:透過課程的各個單元,對社會個案工作有概括性的瞭解。本學期課程特別著重於個案工作實務的流程,學生能瞭解完整的個案工作處遇系統及過程。
(二)內涵:本學期課程著重在兩個面向:第一、傳遞有關個案工作的基礎知識、相關價值倫理原則與專業關係建立等概念,第二、熟悉有關個案工作的各項技巧,從接案、收集資料、預估、擬定計畫、介入、資源連結、家系圖、重要發展史與生態圖繪製等內容。(1) Objective: Through each unit of the course, gain a general understanding of social case work. This semester's course focuses particularly on the process of casework practice. Students can understand the complete casework handling system and process.
(2) Connotation: This semester's course focuses on two aspects: first, conveying basic knowledge about case work, relevant values and ethical principles, and concepts such as establishing professional relationships; second, familiarizing yourself with various skills related to case work, and starting from Project planning, data collection, estimation, planning, intervention, resource linkage, family diagrams, important development history and ecological map drawing, etc.
本課程的主要目標是透過課程的各個單元,對社會個案工作的概念與實務有概括性的瞭解。本學期課程特別著重於教授個案工作的流程,包括接案、收集資料、預估、處遇、評估、結案、個案記錄撰寫、與專業關係的建立等的概念與實務操作,並讓同學從各種不同案例中,練習實務技巧的運用,期望同學能學習一個個案完整的處理過程。
The main objective of this course is to gain a general understanding of the concepts and practices of social casework through each unit of the course. This semester's course particularly focuses on teaching the process of case work, including concepts and practical operations such as receiving cases, collecting information, estimating, handling, evaluating, closing cases, writing case records, and establishing professional relationships. It also allows students to learn from various aspects. Practicing the application of practical skills in different cases, it is expected that students can learn the complete handling process of a case.
