本課程主要目的如下：一，使同學們瞭解地方自治、地方行政與立法組織、地方政治的基本概念及實務
運作；二，透過個案討論，培養學生對於地方政府、地方自治相關議題的基本分析能力。三，協助同學
們為未來高普考試取得高分作準備。
The main purpose of this course is as follows: 1. Let students understand the basic concepts and practices of local autonomy, local administration and legislative organizations, and local politics.
