公共管理是國家考試重要而且必考的科目－同時也是公共行政學門從1980年代以來最重要的課題。本科目為本系之必修科目，也是總和公共政策、行政學、經濟學、與管理學之重要學科。本科目之目的，係依照歷史發展，詳細介紹與管理主義的關連性、與公共行政的連結感、與政策管理的連動、以及與經濟學的實務運作。本課程將從基礎概念與歷史源由介紹起，從管理主義的基礎談顧客取向的公共服務精神，最後以公民導向的公共服務作為治理觀念來討論21次記得政府管理的新趨勢。Public administration is an important and compulsory subject in the national examination - and it has also been the most important subject in public administration since the 1980s.
