教育目標 Course Target
公共管理是國家考試重要而且必考的科目－同時也是公共行政學門從1980年代以來最重要的課題。本科目為本系之必修科目，也是總和公共政策、行政學、經濟學、與管理學之重要學科。本科目之目的，係依照歷史發展，詳細介紹與管理主義的關連性、與公共行政的連結感、與政策管理的連動、以及與經濟學的實務運作。本課程將從基礎概念與歷史源由介紹起，從管理主義的基礎談顧客取向的公共服務精神，最後以公民導向的公共服務作為治理觀念來討論21次記得政府管理的新趨勢。
Public administration is an important and compulsory subject for national examinations - it is also the most important subject in the public administration since the 1980s. This subject is a compulsory subject in this department and is also an important subject in general public policy, administration, economy, and management. The purpose of this subject is to provide a detailed introduction to the connection with management theory, the sense of connection with public administration, the connection with policy management, and the practical operation with economics in accordance with historical development. This course will introduce the basic concept and historical origins, discuss the spirit of customer-oriented public service from the basic management of management, and finally discuss the new trend of government management 21 times with citizen-oriented public service as the governance concept.
