本課程介紹民主制度運作的基本知識，針對「國會運作與立法程序」相關議題進行初探，並思考我國立法院與立法委員行為的相關議題。
This course introduces the basic knowledge of democratic system operation, conducts a preliminary study on the issues related to the "national operation and legislative procedures", and considers the relevant issues related to the behavior of our Legislative Yuan and the Legislative Council.
