本課程之教學目標,希冀啟迪學生對法治國家「依法行政」之理論與實踐之理解,以建立對此一專業學科之興趣與認同、培養解決行政上實務與法律問題的能力、以及奠定公務員考試的基礎知識。The teaching objectives of this course hope to promote students' understanding of the theory and practice of "administrative according to law" in a country ruled by law, so as to establish interest and recognition of this professional subject, cultivate the ability to solve administrative practical and legal problems, and lay the foundation for the examination of public servants basic knowledge.
行政法被譽為動態的憲法,實係落實法治國家之基石。本課程上學期以行政法理論為基礎,除探討行政法之基本概念外,亦結合行政組織之相關理論;下學期則是進一步討論行政機關之行政作用,最後是研究對於行政救濟之問題。本課程教學目標為啟迪學生對法治國家「依法行政」之理論與實踐之理解,以建立對此一專業學科之認同感,並培養解決行政上實務與法律問題的能力。
Administrative law is recognized as a dynamic law and is actually the cornerstone of a country ruled by law. The first period of this course is based on administrative legal theory. In addition to exploring the basic concepts of administrative law, it also combines the relevant theories of administrative organizations. The next period will further discuss the administrative role of administrative agencies, and finally study the problems on administrative economic relief. The purpose of this course is to enlighten students to understand the theory and practice of "administrative according to law" in a country ruled by law, so as to establish a sense of identity with this professional subject and to cultivate the ability to solve administrative practical and legal problems.
