3.探討政府管制的原因、形式及效果（包括解除管制）。課程內容：經濟管制導論、競爭市場之管制、自然獨占理論、自然獨占之管制、獨占權競標、自然獨占之演化、公營企業、競爭政策導論 、獨佔力的管制、價格歧視、聯合行為、水平結合行為、垂直結合、維持轉售價格及其他交易限制。1. Understand the relationship between government and enterprises under market economy
2. Understand the legitimacy of government intervention in economic activities
3. Discuss the causes, forms and effects of government regulation (including deregulation). Course content: Introduction to economic regulation, regulation of competitive markets, theory of natural monopoly, regulation of natural monopoly, bidding for monopoly rights, evolution of natural monopoly, public enterprises, introduction to competition policy, regulation of monopoly power, price discrimination, joint behavior, horizontal integration conduct, vertical integration, resale price maintenance and other trading restrictions.
