課程概述 Course Description
近年來證券市場蓬勃發展，證券市場投資人與交易量大幅增加，使得證券市場中所出現之各種弊端及運作機制備受各界討論，為使同學能深入認識證券市場之運作及規範，並能掌握分析相關議題，特開闢此一課程。而課程中將對證券市場的運作、公開發行公司的管理規範、證券市場不法行為、投資人保護等議題加以介紹。
In recent years, the securities market has developed vigorously, and the number of investors and trading volume in the securities market has increased significantly. As a result, various shortcomings and operating mechanisms in the securities market have been discussed by all walks of life. This course is specially developed to enable students to have an in-depth understanding of the operations and regulations of the securities market, and to master and analyze related issues. The course will introduce topics such as the operation of the securities market, the management regulations of publicly issued companies, illegal activities in the securities market, and investor protection.
