教育目標 Course Target

COVID-19疫情2020年初爆發迄今(Aug. 20,2020),全球已超過2,250萬人確診,死亡人數更逼近79萬人!同時造成全球經濟嚴重衝擊,各產業的經濟損失已難以估計,而我們應該如何面這個空前的威脅?因為疫情,難到地球村全盤皆輸,沒有任何贏的機會?防疫工作與經濟發展往往互相衝突、互相矛盾,如果你是領導人,在這難以取捨的選擇上該如何抉擇! 無論政府機關或企業,存在詭譎多變的環境中,必須仰賴一全套「策略」,結合外在機會與本身條件,為組織趨吉避凶;策略管理學是整合各項組織功能之課程,從瞭解問題、擬訂目標、內部優劣勢檢討、外部機會與威脅分析,一直到擬訂工作計畫、執行、考核的系統性思考與實踐,結合了諸多管理領域質性與計量的方法論於其中。配合專題講演、企業參訪等動態活動,期盼能將整個系統思維,潛移默化到每一個同學的長期記憶中。 Since the COVID-19 epidemic broke out in early 2020 (Aug. 20, 2020), more than 22.5 million people have been diagnosed worldwide, and the death toll is approaching 790,000! At the same time, it has caused a serious impact on the global economy, and the economic losses to various industries have been difficult to estimate. How should we face this unprecedented threat? Because of the epidemic, is it possible that the global village has lost everything and has no chance of winning? Epidemic prevention work and economic development often conflict and contradict each other. If you are a leader, how should you make this difficult choice? Regardless of government agencies or enterprises, in a treacherous and ever-changing environment, they must rely on a complete set of "strategies" that combine external opportunities and their own conditions to achieve good fortune and avoid disaster for the organization; strategic management is a course that integrates various organizational functions, from Systematic thinking and practice of understanding problems, formulating goals, reviewing internal strengths and weaknesses, analyzing external opportunities and threats, and formulating work plans, execution, and assessments combine qualitative and quantitative methodologies from many management fields. In conjunction with dynamic activities such as special lectures and company visits, we hope that the entire system thinking can be subtly embedded into the long-term memory of every student.

無論是政府機關或企業,存在於詭譎多變的競爭環境中,必須仰賴一全套”策略”,結合外在機會與本身條件,為組織趨吉避凶,永續生存,並進一步創造不可取代的競爭優勢。 策略管理是整合各項組織功能之課程,從瞭解問題、擬訂目標、內部優劣勢檢討、外部機會與威脅分析,一直到擬訂工作計畫、執行、考核的系統性思考與實踐,結合了諸多管理領域質性與計量的方法論於其中,配合專題講演、企業參訪等動態活動,期盼能將整個系統思維,潛移默化到每一個同學的長期記憶中。
