本課程將從經濟學觀點，討論經濟體系內之產業組織或結構，分析廠商的行為，及討論影響廠商行為與整體經濟的政府政策、法令。修課學生將由此瞭解市場經濟下的政府與企業關係，包括政府管制的原因、政策及效果。本課程亦探討目前台灣企業在全球生產與市場的競爭策略與發展過程，並介紹國際產業之環境。本課程將結合經濟理論與實際個案議題分析，透過授課與研討，提供修課學生思考當代經濟與產業發展問題之機會，並讓學生有能力將經濟理論應用於實際議題的分析。課程內容包含: 1.產業組織與廠商行為；2.政府與企業關係；3.國家、企業與經濟發展；4.政府之政策干預；5.反托拉斯法；6.台灣產業發展與策略；7. 全球產業發展等內容。This course will discuss the industrial organization or structure within the economic system from the perspective of economics, analyze the behavior of manufacturers, and discuss government policies and laws that affect the behavior of manufacturers and the overall economy. Students taking this course will learn about the relationship between government and enterprises under a market economy, including the causes, policies and effects of government regulation. This course also explores the current competitive strategies and development processes of Taiwanese companies in global production and markets, and introduces the international industry environment. This course will combine economic theory with analysis of practical case issues. Through lectures and discussions, it will provide students with the opportunity to think about contemporary economic and industrial development issues, and enable students to apply economic theory to the analysis of practical issues. Course contents include: 1. Industrial organization and manufacturer behavior; 2. Government-enterprise relations; 3. Country, enterprises and economic development; 4. Government policy intervention; 5. Antitrust law; 6. Taiwan industrial development and strategy; 7 . Global industrial development and other content.
本課程將從經濟學觀點，討論經濟體系內之產業組織或結構，分析廠商的行為，及討論影響廠商行為與整體經濟的政府政策、法令，包含反托拉斯法 (Antitrust Law)以及其他經濟管制(Economic Regulation)。修課學生將由此瞭解市場經濟下的政府與企業關係，包括政府管制的原因、政策及效果。本課程亦探討目前台灣企業在全球生產與市場的競爭策略，包括半導體產業、個人電腦等產業之發展過程，並介紹國際產業之環境。本課程將結合經濟理論與實際個案議題分析，透過授課與研討，提供修課學生思考當代經濟與產業發展問題之機會，並讓學生有能力將經濟理論應用於實際議題的分析。
This course will discuss the industrial organization or structure within the economic system from an economic perspective, analyze the behavior of manufacturers, and discuss government policies and laws that affect manufacturer behavior and the overall economy, including antitrust law and other economic regulations ( Economic Regulation). Students taking this course will learn about the relationship between government and enterprises under a market economy, including the causes, policies and effects of government regulation. This course also explores the current competitive strategies of Taiwanese companies in global production and markets, including the development processes of the semiconductor industry, personal computers and other industries, and introduces the international industry environment. This course will combine economic theory with analysis of practical case issues. Through lectures and discussions, it will provide students with the opportunity to think about contemporary economic and industrial development issues, and enable students to apply economic theory to the analysis of practical issues.
