The course blends both theory and application so that
the students will gain an understanding of the basic principles
necessary to apply regression analysis techniques. The topics of this course
include (1) simple linear regression, inferences in regression and correlation analysis;
(2) model adequacy checking and remedial measures;
(3) multiple linear regression, model building and multicollinearity diagnostic;
