讓修習本課程的學生在上完本課程後，能對房地產投資與市場分析相關範疇有一基本之認識，以利於在未來相關領域之應用。
本課程主要內容包括：（1）認識房地產投資與生命週期。(2)房地產時機分析。(3)房地產區位分析。(4)房地產類型分析。(5)房地產價格分析-垂直價格分析。(6)房地產價格分析-水平價格分析。(7)房地產銷控操作實務研討。(8)市場景氣分析。(9)房地產未來與展望。
Students who take this course will have a basic understanding of real estate investment and market analysis related areas after completing this course, so as to facilitate their application in related fields in the future.
The main contents of this course include: (1) Understanding real estate investment and life cycle. (2) Real estate timing analysis. (3) Real estate location analysis. (4) Real estate type analysis. (5) Real estate price analysis-vertical price analysis. (6) Real estate price analysis-horizontal price analysis. (7) Practical study on real estate sales control operations. (8) Market climate analysis. (9) Real estate future and prospects.
