在經濟全球化的時代，國際貿易規則也日趨繁複，在分類上更可區分為以規範私人貿易行為之國際貿易私法，以及以管制國家貿易規則之國際貿易公法兩大類。本課程內容將涵蓋三大部分，除了前述之國際貿易私法以及國際貿易公法外，也將涵蓋國際貿易爭端解決處理。針對國際貿易私法部分，本課程將就國際買賣、契約訂定以及爭端解決等議題進行講述，在國際貿易公法部分，則側重於說明世界貿易組織法律規範，除了講述WTO下對貨品、服務貿易以及智慧財產權保護、防衛措施以及補貼之規定外，亦將就當前熱門之CPTPP、TTIP、RCEP等自由貿易協定以及國際投資法規加以介紹。為了培養學生解決並處理國際貿易爭端之基本能力，本課程也將講述國內以及國際貿易糾紛之救濟和爭端解決，以及國際投保協定下對跨國投資之保護與規範。

In the era of economic globalization, international trade rules have become increasingly complex. They can be divided into two categories: private international trade law, which regulates private trade behavior, and public international trade law, which regulates national trade rules. The content of this course will cover three parts. In addition to the aforementioned private international trade law and public international trade law, it will also cover international trade dispute settlement. For the private international trade law part, this course will discuss issues such as international sales, contract making, and dispute settlement. The public international trade law part will focus on explaining the legal norms of the World Trade Organization. In addition to explaining the legal norms under the WTO, In addition to regulations on trade in goods, services, intellectual property rights protection, defense measures and subsidies, the currently popular free trade agreements such as CPTPP, TTIP, RCEP and international investment regulations will also be introduced. In order to cultivate students' basic ability to resolve and handle international trade disputes, this course will also cover the relief and dispute resolution of domestic and international trade disputes, as well as the protection and regulation of cross-border investments under international investment insurance agreements.

本課程以建立學生應對跨國貿易之國際貿易私法規範以及規範各國貿易規則的國際貿易公法有基本知識，能就私人跨國貿易所可能涉及之法律問題進行分析，並了解世界貿易組織（WTO）法律、區域貿易協定以及國際投資法的基本原則，並有處理國際貿易爭議之基本能力。

This course is designed to equip students with basic knowledge of private international trade law norms for cross-border trade and public international trade law that regulates trade rules in various countries. They can analyze the legal issues that may be involved in private cross-border trade, understand the basic principles of World Trade Organization (WTO) laws, regional trade agreements and international investment law, and have the basic ability to handle international trade disputes.
