課程中培養學生具備智慧零售所需相關基礎觀念。虛實整合資源進而瞭解智慧零售發展趨勢與挑戰,消費者可直接跟廠商進行多通路平台消費,可預見未來零售與物流工作流程將面臨顛覆性轉變,消費者在購物前、購物中、購物後進行大數據分析可精準預測消費者行為模式,培養未來零售業人才。課程內容涵蓋智慧零售概論、商圈門市管理實務,以及門市營運管理企劃實作。授課教師與業師針對課程規劃定期回饋檢討修正並進行課程調整,期能獲得良好成效,讓學生能夠更容易從本課程中獲得智慧零售人才所需之管理知識及應用,進一步培養相關智慧零售人才。During the course, students should have basic concepts required for smart retail. Virtually integrate resources to understand the development trends and challenges of smart retail. Consumers can directly conduct multi-channel platform consumption with manufacturers, and can predict the trend of future retail and logistics workflows. Consumers conduct large-scale data analysis before, during and after shopping can accurately predict consumer behavior patterns and cultivate future retail talents. The course content covers smart retail overview, business district and door management practices, and door management enterprise implementations.
