Integrate virtual and real resources to understand the development trends and challenges of smart retail. Consumers can directly consume with manufacturers on multi-channel platforms. It is foreseeable that the retail and logistics workflow will face disruptive changes in the future. Consumers will conduct shopping before, during and after shopping. Big data analysis can accurately predict consumer behavior patterns and cultivate future retail industry talents. The course content covers an introduction to smart retail, business district store management practices, and store operation management planning implementation. The teaching teachers and practitioners will regularly review and revise the course planning and make course adjustments, hoping to achieve good results, so that students can more easily obtain the management knowledge and applications required for smart retail talents from this course, and further cultivate relevant smart retail talents.
