本課程目標藉由授課，實務實例說明，個案討論，情境模擬與專題報告的綜合學習方式，加強同學對企業經營實務統整學習了解，並深入了解各功能別如何互動運作。此外，對於企業內溝通能力與技巧，加強以實例增進學習效果。有鑑於科技資訊系統對企業經營的重要性，本課程將以國際知名跨國半導體業資訊系統為例協助同學了解如何透過資訊系統提升經營效能。根據以上的學習，最後將加強創業的專業學習與模擬，並加強企業倫理與公司治理的正確觀念，為日後事業經營做好準備。The purpose of this course is to strengthen students' understanding of corporate practice overall learning through teaching, practical example explanations, case discussions, situational simulations and topic reports, and to gain an in-depth understanding of how various functions work interactively. In addition, for the communication skills and skills within the enterprise, we will strengthen the learning effect through practical examples. Given the importance of scientific and technological information systems to corporate operations, this course will use internationally renowned multinational semiconductor information systems as an example to help students understand how to improve operational efficiency through information systems.
