1. 本課程為108學年度第二學期「精實管理實務」之延伸課程，含3學分之實習學分，學生於暑假期間先到慧國工業實習，實習結束後成績認列於109學年度第一學期。
2. 本課程與Toyota汽車零件製造大廠-慧國工業合作，安排學生到慧國的道場受訓，並到公司之相關部門實習，體會日式企業精實管理之精神與作法，進而畢業後直接與職場接軌。
