Machine Tool Industry Internship
教育目標 Course Target
1. 本課程為108學年度第二學期「精實管理實務」之延伸課程，含3學分之實習學分，學生於暑假期間先到慧國工業實習，實習結束後成績認列於109學年度第一學期。
2. 本課程與Toyota汽車零件製造大廠-慧國工業合作，安排學生到慧國的道場受訓，並到公司之相關部門實習，體會日式企業精實管理之精神與作法，進而畢業後直接與職場接軌。
1. This course is an extended course of "Lean Management Practice" in the second semester of the 108 academic year. It includes 3 credits of internship credits. Students first go to Huiguo Industrial for internship during the summer vacation. After the internship, the results will be recognized in the first semester of the 109 academic year.
2. This course cooperates with Huiguo Industrial, a major auto parts manufacturing company in Toyota, and arranges for students to receive training at Huiguo’s dojo, and to intern in relevant departments of the company, so that they can experience the spirit and practices of Japanese-style corporate lean management, and then directly integrate into the workplace after graduation.
