注意事項:
1.本課程含30小時實作與實習,業師有權決定咖啡館實習之人選,於期中考週課堂上公告咖啡館實習之學生分配名單。
2.學生必須配合課程規定繳交實作或實習心得。
3.第一堂課缺席者將強制退選。
4.出席率低於70%者,期中考與期末考不予計分。
5.本中心補助學生至台中市以外咖啡館實習之交通費(僅限於客運、火車、公車與捷運)。
6.咖啡館實習甄選通過之學生,需自行與業師討論實習時間與場地。
This course is taught by a coffee shop manager. Its specialty is combining coffee industry practice and business management theory, and integrating coffee industry practice courses to enhance students' professional competitiveness in employment or establishment.

Notes:
1. This course includes 30 hours of practice and practice. The practitioner has the right to decide the choice of the coffee shop practice and announce the student allocation list of the coffee shop practice in the midterm exam weekly class.
2. Students must cooperate with the course regulations to submit their work or experience.
3. Those who missed the first class will be forced to withdraw.
4. For those whose attendance rate is less than 70%, no score will be given in the midterm and final exams.
5. This center assists students to conduct transportation fees (only limited to passenger, train, bus and subway) from coffee shops outside Taichung City.
6. Students who have passed the coffee shop must discuss the practical time and venue with the staff themselves.
