教育目標 Course Target

本課程旨在提供修課學生了解機率與統計的基本觀念及其應用,並訓練學生具備使用機率與統計的知識解決科學與工程領域問題之能力。此外,本課程講授內容除了機率及統計的專業知識,將從實驗室品質驗證、工廠品管及民調等應用面融入倫理及科學等現代公民核心素養。在倫理素養方面,期能培育學生認識日常生活與專業情境中所常遇到的倫理議題,進而運用專業知識、道德推理及理性判斷來面對倫理議題。在科學素養方面,期能培育學生瞭解科學產生之效果及其相應限制,具備正視科學相關社會影響的態度,進而願意參與科學相關公共議題之討論、反思及抉擇。This course aims to provide students with the ability to understand the basic concepts and applications of opportunity and statistics, and to train students with the ability to use chance and statistics to solve scientific and engineering problems. In addition to the professional knowledge of chance and statistical teaching, this course will integrate the core elements of modern citizens such as ethics and science from the application areas of laboratory quality verification, factory quality control and civil service. In terms of ethical cultivation, we hope to cultivate students to understand ethical issues that are often encountered in daily life and professional situations, and then use professional knowledge, moral reasoning and rational judgment to face ethical issues. In terms of scientific literacy, we hope to cultivate students to understand the effects of science and their corresponding limitations, have a positive attitude towards social influence related to science, and then be willing to participate in discussions, reflections and decisions on public issues related to science.


課程概述 Course Description

機率與統計是一門針對工程與科學的重要基礎課程。本課程首先將幫助修課學生建立機率與統計的基本概念;接著,介紹隨機變數、多種離散與連續的機率分佈及隨機變數的函數等;最後,介紹基本抽樣分佈與資料敘述、單樣本與多樣本的推定方法及單樣本與多樣本的假定檢驗。
Opportunity and statistics are important basic courses for engineering and science. This course will first help students to establish the basic concepts of chance and statistics; then, it will introduce random variables, multiple separation and continuous chance distribution, and functions of random variables, etc.; finally, it will introduce basic sampling distribution and data description, single samples and multi-sample assumption methods, and single samples assumptions of single samples and multi-sample tests.
