教育目標 Course Target

本課程經由對半導製程之實習，親自動手，務使學生兼具之半導體製程厚實基礎，再進而應用到太陽能電池製程之實驗。以培養綠能產業之相關人材。

This course uses the practical experience of semiconductor production, automatic hands-on work to enable students to have a solid foundation in semiconductor production, and then apply it to the experience of solar battery production. To cultivate relevant talents in green energy production.
