本課程之主軸是智慧型手機與Android程式設計，待學生學得這些技術後，我們將引導其邁向雲端服務與環境。本課程之首要目標就是讓學生孰悉Android之程式設計技術，設計若干實作題目，俾使學生除了了解理論的內容，更能實際進行智慧型手持式裝置的實作與雲端服務的相關知識，對學生不僅就業或是繼續研究均有實質的幫助。本課程期中考前將以Android kotlin程式架構為主，iPhone/iOS部分則屬於概念性的介紹。期中考後將透過實務操作的方式，讓學生在兩款行動裝置上實際進行程式設計，包括: Android Kotlin，Android感應器裝置與GPS，連接Android與雲端平台，另外也教授HTML5程式設計與 Facebook 應用程式之開發。目的在讓學生於Android上直接進行程式設計與系統開發之練習，並結合手持式裝置應用與雲端服務環境，透過幾個簡單的案例說明與操作，引發學生對這兩種作業平台及這兩種技術與環境的興趣，並進行程式與系統的開發。The main focus of this course is smartphone and Android programming.
