網際網路應用於商業活動以來，為新經濟現象帶來許多數位的衝擊與變革，本課程從國內、外資訊科技與創意的發展開始講述，進而到通訊技術5G、物聯網、電子商務行銷推薦、共享經濟、區塊鏈、雲端服務、AI應用、IoT等新興議題，以多方角度切入進行探討。再者，針對亦「計算機概論」這門課所提到的網際網路的發展、協定、應用結合電子商務行銷推薦、區塊鏈等議題進行更深度的探討，使學生們除了具備專業能力以外，能確實掌握知識經濟時代的新趨勢，對於處在資訊爆炸的年代，能更加注意大環境的改變。Since the Internet was used in commercial activities, it has brought many digital impacts and changes to new economic phenomena.
