各種開發行為會造成原本環境的改變，而這些改變將會造成原本居住於這些棲地環境的生物相，因此衍生了環境影響評估法的規範。本課程將介紹辦理環境影響評估作業時，關於開發基地周邊生態資料蒐集時，進行動物生態調查所需之規範、方法與實際操作方式，主要將著重於調查方法的規劃、執行應具備所需的知識、能力的培養。Various development behaviors will cause changes to the original environment, and these changes will cause the biological facies that originally lived in these habitats.
