本課程將介紹供應鏈管理的基本概念與營運模式，並介紹供應鏈管理經營管理上所面臨的問題，以及處理這些問題的方法。
課程內容包含供應鏈管理策略、物流網路設計、生產規劃、倉儲、配銷、資訊、績效評量與協同模式之推行。

This course will introduce the basic concepts and operating models of supply chain management, and introduce the problems faced in supply chain management operations and management, as well as methods to deal with these problems.
The course content includes supply chain management strategies, logistics network design, production planning, warehousing, distribution, information, performance evaluation and the implementation of collaborative models.

1. 以「系統化運籌與供應鏈管理」為基礎，由運籌與供應鏈管理的內涵與趨勢，導引學生了解運籌管理的角色定位、功能及系統架構。
2. 介紹採購、生管、配銷運籌管理、資訊科技、先進規劃與排程系統等規劃方法，建立學生基礎相關知識。
3. 藉由專題研究，培養學生解決問題、協調溝通、團隊合作等能力，並透過系統實作，理論結合實務，培養學生專業技能。
1. Based on "Systematic Operations Research and Supply Chain Management", students will be guided to understand the role positioning, functions and system architecture of operations research and management based on the connotation and trends of operations research and supply chain management.
2. Introduce planning methods such as procurement, production management, distribution operations management, information technology, advanced planning and scheduling systems, etc., and establish students' basic relevant knowledge.
