化學工業是現代工業的重要基礎之一，人類生活食、衣、住、行、育樂等各方面，皆需化學材料工業支持。化學工業程序涵蓋範圍相當廣泛，本課程將現代化學材料工業整合成幾個應用領域，分類成煉油和石化、綠能環保、生技醫療、電子和半導體特用化學品、高功能複合材料等領域，系統性介紹各種化工材料相關工業產品及生產製造程序。本課程之目的著重建立學生商業大量化生產工業程序之基礎觀念，及將所學化學工程概論、程序設計、程序控制、單元操作、材料科學等學科，整合應用於實際製造生產之能力。並瞭解相關產業現況及未來發展趨勢，以利於學生作為將來就業選擇基礎。 Chemical industry is one of the important foundations of the modern industry. All aspects of human life, food, clothing, housing, transportation, and education require support from the chemical materials industry. The chemical industry procedures cover a wide range. This course integrates the modern chemical material industry into several application fields, and is classified into oil and petrochemicals, green energy and environmental protection, biotechnology and medicine, electronic and semiconductor special chemicals, high-function composite materials and other fields, and systematically introduces various chemical materials-related industrial products and production and manufacturing procedures. The purpose of this course focuses on establishing the basic concepts of a large number of chemical production industrial procedures in business, and integrating the ability to apply it to practical manufacturing and production in the chemical engineering overview, program design, program control, single operation, materials science and other subjects. And understand the relevant industry current situation and future development trends to facilitate students as a basis for their career choices.
