使學生瞭解--化工製程設計的基本方法。以專題討論的方式進行,將學生分組進行報告和檢討。 每組學生5名,指定每組一個設計題目,設計題目的內容包括化工 廠(含半導體廠)各種可能之製程。學生可利用過去大學三年所學 的化工專業知識,如質能均衡、單元操作,化工熱力學和動力學來 進行計算與設計。To enable students to understand the basic methods of chemical engineering process design. Conducted in the form of special discussions, students are divided into groups for reporting and review. There are 5 students in each group, and each group is assigned a design topic. The content of the design topic includes various possible processes in chemical plants (including semiconductor plants). Students can use the chemical engineering expertise learned in the past three years of college, such as mass-energy equilibrium, unit operations, chemical thermodynamics and kinetics, to perform calculations and designs.
本課程以基本化工製程設計為主,介紹課題包括相關流體輸送,熱傳,質傳,反應等製程設備的選擇、設計與評估,此外課程討論程序系統自由度,與運用電腦來解決程序設計的問題和化工流程模擬的方法,以及基本程序合成之觀念,學生須完成一個化工製程設計的學期計劃。
This course focuses on basic chemical engineering process design. The introduction topics include the selection, design and evaluation of process equipment related to fluid transportation, heat transfer, mass transfer, reaction, etc. In addition, the course discusses the degree of freedom of program systems and the use of computers to solve program design problems. Problems and chemical process simulation methods, as well as the concept of basic program synthesis, students are required to complete a semester plan for chemical process design.
