教育目標 Course Target
學習微生物實驗方法，包括操作技術與觀念，使未來能靈活運用這些觀念與方法於相關產學領域，如生態保育、臨床醫學、遺傳工程、分子生物學或甚至是跨學科的範疇。內容有微生物的分離、培養、控制、保存，形態與生理生化特性之測定、描述等，基礎微生物學操作技能。
Learn microbial experimental methods, including operating techniques and concepts, so that you can flexibly apply these concepts and methods in related industry-academic fields in the future, such as ecological conservation, clinical medicine, genetic engineering, molecular biology, or even interdisciplinary fields. The content includes the isolation, culture, control and preservation of microorganisms, the determination and description of morphological and physiological and biochemical characteristics, etc., as well as basic microbiology operating skills.
