0566 - 有機分析 Organic Analysis


教育目標 Course Target

無論是自然界取得的化合物或者人工合成的產物,為了鑑定分析構造式,必須使用各種分析、鑑定的技術,除化學反應方法外,微量的分析常使用圖譜判定。本課程的教學內容包括: 一、樣本的純化、分離、及化學鑑定介紹。 二、化合物之官能基與紅外線之吸收波長關係。 三、核磁共振光譜儀原理及化合物之結構鑑定。 四、可見光─紫外線光譜儀之運用。 五、質譜儀構造原理及分子碎片分析,由圖譜的綜合分析過程,訓練學生具有鑑定有機化合物結構的能力。 綜合紅外線光譜圖、核磁共振光譜圖、可見光─紫外線光譜圖、及質譜圖等判斷,解析有機化合物之分子結構。 主要內容: 一、化合物之官能機與紅外線之吸收波長關係。 1.分子伸張與彎曲振動 2.各種鍵結的振動吸收光譜波數 3.判圖練習 二、核磁共振光譜儀原理及化合物之結構鑑定。 1.核磁共振能量吸收機制 2.化學位移的定義 3.信號的積分值意義 4.自旋-自旋交互作用與能階分裂規則 5.氫核磁共振光譜判圖練習 6.碳核磁共振光譜 7.二維核磁共振光譜-同核二維相對光譜與異核二維相對光譜 三、可見光─紫外線光譜儀之運用。 1.可見光─紫外線吸收光譜原理 2.溶劑與分子共軛鑑結的影響 3.共軛雙烯、共軛烯酮的伍德沃德定則 四、質譜儀構造原理及分子碎片分析。 1.分子離子化方法 2.質量分析 3.決定分子式Regardless of whether it is a compound obtained in nature or a synthetic product, in order to determine the analytical structure, various analytical and defining techniques must be used. In addition to chemical reaction methods, trace analytical analysis is often determined by graphs. The teaching content of this course includes: 1. Introduction to the purification, separation, and chemistry of the sample. 2. The relationship between the functional base of the compound and the absorption wavelength of the red outer line. 3. Nuclear magnetic resonance spectrometer principle and the structure of compounds. 4. Visible light-UV light metering. 5. The structure principle of the quality specimen and the analysis of the molecular fragments. Through the comprehensive analysis process of the specimen, the trainees have the ability to determine the structure of organic compounds. Combined with red external light spectrum, nuclear magnetic resonance light spectrum, visible light-UV light spectrum, and quality spectrum diagram to analyze the molecular structure of organic compounds. Main content: 1. The relationship between the functional machine of the compound and the absorption wavelength of the red outer line. 1. Molecular extension and bending vibration 2. The vibration absorption spectrum wave number of various keys 3. Practice of the picture 2. Nuclear magnetic resonance spectrometer principle and the structure of compounds. 1.NMR energy absorption mechanism 2. Definition of chemical displacement 3. Signal score meaning 4. Spin-spin interaction and energy splitting rules 5. Practice of MRI 6. Carbon nuclear magnetic resonance spectrometry 7. Visible light-UV light metering. 1. Visible light-UV absorbing light principle 2. The influence of co-electrode of solvents and molecules 3. Woodward determination of co-electrode and co-electrode 4. The principle of quality spectrometer structure and molecular fragment analysis , Through the comprehensive analysis process of the diagram, trainees have the ability to determine the structure of organic compounds.
