本課程的目標為使學生熟悉半導體元件與積體電路的性質,進而具備應用、分析、與設計簡單電子電路,甚至複雜積體電路的能力。課程中將介紹運算放大器、二極體、雙極性接面電晶體、金屬氧化物半導體場效應電晶體等半導體元件以及各種不同形式放大器的操作原理與特性分析方法。The purpose of this course is to familiarize students with the properties of semiconductor components and overall circuits, and thus to have the ability to apply, analyze, and design simple electronic circuits, and even complex overall circuits. During the course, the operating principles and characteristic analysis methods of semiconductor components such as computing amplifiers, diodes, dual-electrode junction transistors, metal oxide semiconductor field effect transistors, and various different forms of amplifiers will be introduced.
