教育目標 Course Target
刑事制裁長期以來在教學上不受到重視，文獻的探討上亦不如犯罪論汗牛充棟，屬學術 上的死角。然而，刑事制裁係在完成刑事訴訟程序之後的最後階段，也是國家實現具體刑罰 權的表徵，關係到刑罰成效，不可不謂重要。
Criminal sanctions have not received much attention in teaching for a long time, and the discussion of literature is not as abundant as the crime theory, which is an academic blind spot. However, criminal sanctions are the final stage after the completion of criminal proceedings and are also a symbol of the country's realization of specific penal powers. They are related to the effectiveness of penal punishment and are of great importance.
