教育目標 Course Target
本課程以中國傳統養生功法:伸筋拔骨、呼吸吐納、太極導引、長生六字訣、站樁、靜坐及太極拳等養生功法,延伸配合其他健康養生運動,增進學生創新創意能力。
This course uses traditional Chinese health-preserving exercises: stretching, bone-stretching, breathing, Tai Chi guidance, Six-Character Immortality, Zhanzhuang, meditation, Tai Chi and other health-preserving exercises, and is extended to other health-preserving exercises to enhance students' innovative and creative abilities.
