教育目標 Course Target
本課程以中國傳統養生功法:伸筋拔骨、呼吸吐納、太極導引、長生六字訣、站樁、靜坐及太極拳等養生功法,延伸配合其他健康養生運動,增進學生創新創意能力。
This course uses traditional Chinese cultivation techniques: stretching muscles and bones, breathing and vomiting, Taiyang guidance, six-character syllable, standing, calm sitting and Taiyang fist and other cultivation techniques to extend and cooperate with other healthy cultivation movements to enhance students' innovative creative ability.
