教育目標 Course Target

課程旨在探討人們在工作時與日常生活中所使用工具、機器、系統、工作方法、設備之設計及身處各種環境時應該考量之人類特徵、限制、預期及行為等要素。亦即,研究人因技術可以有效地應用在產品設計與開發過程中,以改進產品的使用性,使用者與產品的績效,使用者滿意度及產品安全等。 在產業方面,較周詳地考慮了人因工程的產品就比較能夠提高它的附加價值,也增強了它的市場競爭能力; 提供人性化的工作制度和環境,使員工身心健康得到保障,提升工作效率。 1. 人因範疇 2. 人性因素基本理論 3. 人機介面設計問題研究 4. 環境要素 5. 認知人因工程The course aims to explore the design of tools, machines, systems, work methods, and equipment used by people at work and in daily life, as well as human characteristics, limitations, expectations, and behaviors that should be considered in various environments. That is to say, research on human factors technology can be effectively applied in the product design and development process to improve product usability, user and product performance, user satisfaction and product safety, etc. In terms of industry, products that consider human factors engineering more carefully can increase their added value and enhance their market competitiveness; provide a humanized work system and environment to protect employees' physical and mental health and improve their work efficiency. 1. 課程概述 Course Description

本課程旨在探討人們在工作時與日常生活中所使用工具、機器、系統、工作方法、設備之設計及身處各種環境時應該考量之人類特徵、限制、預期及行為等要素。亦即,研究人因技術可以有效地應用在產品設計與開發過程中,以改進產品的使用性,使用者與產品的績效,使用者滿意度及產品安全等。 在產業方面,較周詳地考慮了人因工程的產品就比較能夠提高它的附加價值,也增強了它的市場競爭能力;公司提供人性化的工作制度和環境,使員工身心健康得到保障,提升了公司的形象,也提高了員工的向心力和生產力;為老人、兒童、殘障人士設計的特殊設施能使他們的生活更加便利,也促進了社會的和諧等。
This course aims to explore the design of tools, machines, systems, work methods, and equipment used by people at work and in daily life, as well as human characteristics, limitations, expectations, and behaviors that should be considered in various environments.
