6914 - 當代藝術與展示 Contemporary Art and it’s presentation


教育目標 Course Target

當代藝術創作的展示已成為當代藝術作品從創作概念的發想到發表時的完整度等不同方面決定性的因素。一件作品的完成已不再僅是在工作室中完成的一件平面繪畫或是雕塑作品,而包含了作品如何展示,與空間、場域、觀眾以及場合等多樣元素的關係探討。本課程以近現代藝術順著時間軸來探討藝術創作與展示之間的關係是如何發展,並進一步討論藝術展示空間的變化,並從展覽的歷史來認識展覽如何成為今日藝術被看見與討論的最主要形式。藉由此課程中案例的研究與討論,讓創作與理論或策展的學生皆能思考當代藝術展示與展覽的重要性。The display of contemporary art creations has become a decisive factor in different aspects of contemporary art works, from the conception of the creative concept to the completeness of the publication. The completion of a work is no longer just a flat painting or sculpture completed in the studio, but includes how the work is displayed and the relationship with various elements such as space, field, audience and occasion. This course uses modern and contemporary art to explore how the relationship between art creation and display developed along the timeline, and further discusses the changes in art display space. It also uses the history of exhibitions to understand how exhibitions have become the most popular place for art to be seen and discussed today. Main form. Through the study and discussion of cases in this course, students in creation, theory or curatorship can think about the importance of contemporary art display and exhibition.
