教育目標 Course Target

本課程的教學採理論理解與實務參與見習並重的方式規劃,目的為讓修課學生不僅具有社會組織的基本理論基礎,並能經由在地的高齡服務機構現場參與見習過程,更深刻的驗證高齡服務機構的組織與運作,提供學生未來進入相關機構服務的先備知識與能力。 本課程的規劃從活躍老化、樂齡學習與社會組織的概念著手,探討樂齡學習、社會組織、非營利組織的創設與發展等基礎觀點,並進一步瞭解高齡服務機構的本質、類型以及其設立、運作與發展,以利修課學生進入高齡服務機構場域進行餐與見習時,可以有效地觀察、理解服務場域的各項規畫與運作之因素,有機會在服務過程與之後進行深度的反思,讓學生之學習能達到理論與實務能夠充分結合,提升學生的專業知能與技能。 The teaching theory understanding and practical participation in this course is planned with a heavy emphasis on the method of planning. The purpose is to allow students in the course not only to have the basic theoretical foundation of social organization, but also to participate in the process of on-site high-age service institutions, and to more deeply verify the organization and operations of high-age service institutions, and provide students with the pre-emptive knowledge and ability to enter relevant institutional services in the future. The planning of this course starts from the concepts of living aging, aging and social organization, explores the basic perspectives of creation and development of aging, social organization, and non-profit organizations, and further understands the nature, type, as well as its establishment, operation and development of high-end service institutions, so as to facilitate students to enter When dining and meeting in a high-end service organization field, it can effectively observe and understand the various specifications and operation factors of the service field, and have the opportunity to conduct in-depth reflections after the service process, so that students' learning can fully combine theory and practice, and improve students' professional knowledge and skills.
