不僅一班教師需要精進溝通能力，才能成為有效的班級領導者，也使家長與同事願意與你合作。教師同時要儲備擔任組長或主任的領導與溝通能力，否則不僅自己覺得挫敗、疲憊，甚而產生自我懷疑、喪失自信，也會拖累團隊。而身為領導者的溝通能力，更需要全面性、考慮周全，個人的溝通是片面性、視野局限，因此，從領導者的角度學習溝通，也是很有幫助的策略。
