本課程為3學分的英文增能課程,針對各種社會環境議題 (電影、影片/Ted、文選),透過討論的方式增強學習動機,希望提升學生的閱讀口說,分析批判與論述能力。 在討論的過程當中學生必須依據老師規定的思緒框架,提出個人的看法,並說明為什麼會這樣陳述的理由,不只是天馬行空的討論,而是組織思維邏輯的訓練。This course is a 3-credit English enhancement course. It focuses on various social environmental issues (movies, videos/Ted, and literary selections) and enhances learning motivation through discussions. It hopes to improve students' reading, speaking, analysis, criticism, and discussion abilities. During the discussion, students must put forward their personal opinions based on the framework of thinking prescribed by the teacher, and explain the reasons why they are stated in this way. This is not just a wild discussion, but also a training in organizing thinking logic.
