金融市場的詭譎多變已成為這個時代的常態,市場波動性因眾多前所未見的突發性衝擊而達到極端的水準。投資卻是企業與個人追求價值與財富成長必須面對的重要議題。然而投資總在瘋狂與理性間徘徊,集中投資是富有的捷徑,但也可能是貧窮的直達車。試圖參透市場未來走向的勝率非常低,因此如何讓眼前的資產及未來的收入現金流正好足夠履行未來的各項義務,實在是一件非常大的挑戰。而這個挑戰需要透過合理的期望、審慎的財務規劃和適當的投資政策來克服。
「資產配置」是達成長期投資穩健獲利的唯一途徑,將投資組合分散到不同的投資標的,以降低大額虧損的風險。若能透過一個穩健的資產配置計畫和適當的投資組合維護流程來控制風險,就算市場循環偶爾陷入較艱困的時期,投資人也能持續聚焦在大局上。而這種臨危不亂、維持既有步調的紀律是獲取長期投資成就的關鍵。
鑒於「資產配置」是獲得長期投資穩健獲利的最重要關鍵,因此本課程將結合理論與實務,讓同學了解投資政策的必要性及資產配置策略的基本理論,並介紹主動式管理、被動式管理及各類型基金,以及指數化投資商品(ETF)的現況與發展。透過證券市場、債券市場、及衍生性金融商品及另類商品等市場的分析,探究其投資決策在資產配置與管理之應用,最後再就資產投資組合進行績效評估,以及資產配置的風險管理。課程中並且結合經典財金案例與時事之介紹與討論,期能讓課程參與者提升投資與培育多元資產配置管理的能力。
The sensibility of the financial market has become a common situation in this era, and market volatility has reached an extreme level due to the unprecedented sudden impact of many unexpected events. Investment is an important issue that must be faced by enterprises and individuals in their pursuit of value and wealth growth. However, investment always hovers between madness and rationality. Concentrating investment is a wealthy shortcut, but it may also be a humble straight-speed train. The success rate of trying to see the future trend of the market is very low, so how to make the current assets and future income cash flows just enough to fulfill the future various tasks is actually a very big challenge. This challenge needs to be overcome through reasonable expectations, prudent financial planning and appropriate investment policies.
"Asset allocation" is the only way to achieve long-term investment stability and profitability, spreading investment portfolios to different investment standards to reduce the risk of large amounts. If risks can be controlled through a stable asset allocation plan and appropriate investment combination maintenance process, investors can continue to focus on the overall situation even if the market is occasionally in a difficult period. And this kind of law that is in danger and maintaining existing steps is the key to achieving long-term investment achievements.
Asset allocation is the most important key to obtaining long-term investment stability and profitability. Therefore, this course will make reasonable discussions and practices, allowing students to understand the necessity of investment policies and the basic theories of asset allocation strategies, and introduce the current and development of active management, passive management and various types of funds, as well as indexed investment commodities (ETFs). Through the analysis of securities markets, bond markets, derivative financial commodities and alternative commodities, we explore the application of their investment decisions in asset allocation and management, and finally conduct performance evaluation and risk management of asset allocation on asset investment combinations. The course also combines classic financial cases and current affairs introductions and discussions, which will enable course participants to improve their investment and cultivate their ability to manage diversified assets.
