教育目標 Course Target
面對不斷變動的外在環境，變革管理已是經理人的日常工作。本課程將邀請企業界知名企業分享其企業轉型與變革的實際經驗。
Faced with the ever-changing external environment, change management has become a daily job for managers. This course will invite well-known companies in the corporate world to share their practical experiences in corporate transformation and change.
