Corporate Management plus Governance and Business Ethics
教育目標 Course Target
全學期規劃安排3位富實務經驗的演講者，藉由課前研析演講背景資料，以及課程進行中與演講者互動，期待同學獲致豐富的環境、產業知識，深刻瞭解公司治理與經營管理(含數位轉型與企業傳承)各項課題。
Three speakers with rich practical experience are planned and arranged throughout the semester. By analyzing the background information of the speeches before class and interacting with the speakers during the course, students are expected to acquire rich environmental and industrial knowledge and gain a deep understanding of various topics in corporate governance and business management (including digital transformation and corporate inheritance).
