課程開授目的，在於讓學生瞭解環境政策與管理之基本概念。課程內容包含介紹全球與台灣環境議題之形成，分析探討環境的決策與管理機制，與其相關環境政策的規劃與執行，並概述台灣環境保護現況以及相關環境政策與管理之實際狀況。說明各項政策工具的原理，並以現況案例說明政策工具的使用時機The purpose of this course is to enable students to understand the basic concepts of environmental policy and management. The content of the course includes an introduction to the formation of global and Taiwanese environmental issues, analysis and discussion of environmental decision-making and management mechanisms, and the planning and implementation of related environmental policies. It also outlines the current situation of environmental protection in Taiwan and the actual situation of related environmental policies and management. Explain the principles of each policy tool, and use current cases to illustrate the timing of using policy tools.
